Cancellation Policy
Thank you for interest in Gallup Strengths-based coaching from Increase Your Impact. Coaching sessions are $100 per hour and your credit card will be charged within 48 hours of the completion of your session. Please review our cancellation and no-show policy below as fees will be assessed based on the criteria listed. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. There is no charge for changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will incur a fee equal to 25% of the session cost. If you do not attend your session and have not canceled or rescheduled in advance, a "No Show" fee of 50% of the session cost will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
